Clinical Roots: 12 Years as a Licensed Administrator
Before entering legal marketing, Herb spent 12 years as a licensed administrator managing multi-disciplinary medical clinics across New York City. That clinical foundation gives LMPM firsthand mastery of patient intake, diagnostic workflows, imaging protocols, and healthcare compliance — standards most marketing agencies never understand.
Pioneering Legal Media & Latino Businessman of the Year
Herb built one of New York's most recognized Spanish-language legal media brands over 30 years. In 2012, he was honored as "Latino Businessman of the Year" by Brooklyn Democratic leaders for his entrepreneurial achievements and tireless community advocacy.
He also launched El Grito Publishing Corp, a free Spanish-language publication spotlighting local and Latino-owned businesses across the metropolitan area.
Deep Commitment to Community Service
Herb served four years on the Board of Trustees of a nonprofit assisting immigrants in obtaining green cards, supporting vulnerable, hardworking communities. He actively serves on the Board of Bushwick Sports (youth baseball, softball, and soccer) and on the Board of 100 Hispanic Men, providing meals and support for senior citizens.
